Refund/Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE AND OR REFUNDS

The term of of our policy is 21 days. If  21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds                                                                                                              

Our commitment to your well-being means that we prioritize the integrity of our products. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy of  body care items due to hygiene concerns. 

Please verify the products chosen before confirming your order. However, if there has been a mistake on our behalf, please contact us immediately  at paceonplush@att.net and we will resolve any issue within 10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.   We will request photos of said damage/defect and we will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at paceonplush@att.net. Once your request for a exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and the item will be replaced with a duplicate of the original item.

 

Shipping and Order FAQ

When will my order ship?

Our current fulfillment time frame is 5-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Certainly, if your order has not been shipped, we can assist you in canceling your order.

Can I edit my order?

We initiate order processing on the day following your order. We can only accommodate order modifications on the day of placement.

Can I change my billing address or payment method?

Unfortunately, once you have checked out, we're not able to change the billing address or payment method on the order.

How do I track my shipment?

Once the tracking number is generated, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the tracking number to become available after your purchase.

I received a tracking number. Why is my shipment is not moving.

Once your order is fulfilled it is transferred to a shipping carrier. Carriers may take 24-48 hours to update your shipping information on their end. Due to the increased volume of E-commerce orders world wide, our shipping partners may experience significant delays while processing and delivering your order.
