EXCHANGE AND OR REFUNDS
The term of of our policy is 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
Our commitment to your well-being means that we prioritize the integrity of our products. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy of body care items due to hygiene concerns.
Please verify the products chosen before confirming your order. However, if there has been a mistake on our behalf, please contact us immediately at paceonplush@att.net and we will resolve any issue within 10 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will request photos of said damage/defect and we will be responsible for return shipping costs.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at paceonplush@att.net. Once your request for a exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and the item will be replaced with a duplicate of the original item.
